In an effort to produce the Jeunesse, a wine that exhibits this exceptional character, ripe grapes were cold fermented in exclusively stainless steel tanks. Hence, you will enjoy a wine that is pointedly "Jeunesse" - which is French for youthful, flavorful and fun. You can enjoy it slightly chilled or at room temperature.
