Dry red - spicy, smoky wine with plum and pepper notes and vibrant food-friendly acidity. Baron Herzog Old Vine Zinfandel is produced using carefully selected grapes grown in the Watts, Pescador and Locust Tree Vineyards located in Lodi California. The wine's deep color, rich texture, and lovely berry and jam notes bring distinction to Baron Herzog Old Vine Zinfandel. Enjoy this wine with grilled steaks, roasted duck, or tomato based pasta dishes. To retain its character, the wine was lightly filtered and therefore may form some sediment as it ages.
Alcohol 14.8% by volume. Contains sulfites. Mevushal. Kosher for Passover. Under the supervision of the OU.
