|David Rossoff was born in Washington D.C, and received a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland. In 1971 he moved to Eritz Yisrael where he studied Torah in Bnei Brak. After his marriage in 1973, he settled in Jerusalem where he continued this studies and began writing. His works include Tefillin Handbook, Growing Up, Land of Our Heritage, and Safed: The Mystical City, as well as several books in Hebrew.|
