Rabbi Isaacs has been the spiritual leader of the Temple Sholom in Bridgewater, NJ, since 1975. He received his doctorate in instructional technology from Columbia University's Teachers College. He is the author of more than sixty books. He currently serves as chairperson of the publications committe of the Rabbinical Assembly of America and designs and coordinates the adult learning summer experience called Shabbat Plus at Camp Ramah in the Poconos.
