This necklace is inspired by the Temple period. A group of chosen artists has specially designed this unique necklace for the Israel Museum. (Goldplate on silver with garnet Swarovski crystal) Includes 16" chain.

This jewelry is inspired by the Model of Ancient Jerusalem on the grounds of the Israel Museum. This model enables visitors to study the city of Jerusalem, its topography and architecture, and to visualize life in the city at the time of the Second Temple, before the Jewish revolt against Rome and the destruction of the city in 70 C.E. The Western Wall is part of the retaining wall that surrounded the Temple Mount.
