Strawberry aromas with hints of black cherries and mint.
Barkan Pinot Noir has been produced in a similar fashion to the fine red wines of Burgundy. To produce this extraordinary wine required an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. We have found this balance in Barkan's vineyard at Mitzpeh Ramon in the high desert. The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin; a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served slightly chilled.
Contains sulfites. Kosher for Passover.
The cost of shipping wine is $10.95 for the first bottle and $2 for each additional bottle.
