About the Author
A world-traveler and former resident of Israel, South Africa, and New York, Danit Schusterman has been preparing sumptuous dishes for her family, friends and guests ever since she arrived on Maui in 2004. Since then, she has served thousands of friday night (Shabbat), holiday, and everyday meals at her Upcountry Maui home using recipes that can be made quickly and easily to serve a full table.
