Information On Mezuzahs
At one time there were eleven original gates to enter the old city of Jerusalem but only seven of those gates are open today. The gate on this Jerusalem mezuzah represents all the gates. The mezuzah would be the perfect gift for a bar or bat mitzvah or anyone who holds the city of Jerusalem in their hearts. The image of the gates of Jerusalem has been sandblasted on the stained glass and then fire polished in the kiln. A second layer has been added and then the mezuzah cover is adhered to the plexiglass base. Handmade by artist Susan Fullenbaum.
Mezuzah case will hold up to an 7 cm scroll - scroll sold separately.
