Pomegranates & doves repose in a huppa made of vines. Although not an actual papercut, this ketubah pays homage to the fine art of papercutting attributed to the 14th century Rabbi Shem-Tov ben Yitzhak ben Ardutiel, who after his ink froze, completed a treatise by cutting out the letters. Design includes the English phrase: "I have found the one in whom my soul delights."
English texts on all Ketubahs are interpretations and not literal translations.
