Semi-sweet white wine. The Gamla White Riesling balances fresh floral notes with hints of juniper, lively citrus and nuances of tropical fruit. Gamla White Riesling is best enjoyed within a couple of years of the harvest. We tend to drink Gamla White Riesling either by itself as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to spicy foods. Cold fermentation preserves the crushed flower petal and dried fruit qualities characteristic of this variety. Stopping the fermentation before completion gives the wine a touch of residual sweetness.
Alcohol 13.5% by volume. Contains sulfites. Non-Mevushal. Kosher for Passover. Kosher Lamehadrin. Under the supervision of the OK.
