Gilgal Chardonnay exhibits bright pineapple, melon, green apple, and pear fruit notes with attractive hints of oak. The wine displays classic Chardonnay varietal character coupled with a very drinkable style. Ready to enjoy now, Gilgal Chardonnay will remain in good drinking condition for about four years from harvest. Try matching the wine with pan-seared or grilled salmon, fresh pasta with a light cream sauce, or a steaming plate of fish and chips.
