What is a Non-Profit Wish List anyways?

The JDC Non-Profit Wish List helps your organization acquire the things you need to manage your institution and maintain your programs - without dipping in to your general operating budget. By registering at JDC you enable your congregants (parents and children) to participate in the mitzvah of tzedakah in a very cool way while saving your funds for other projects.

Celebrating a birthday? Donate a book that the librarian has registered for.

Honoring a Yahrzeit - Donate a new torah mantle that the religious committee has specified

Teaching you child how to contribute - Let him/her pick out a book from the pre-school list to donate.

There are a myriad number of ways to use the JDC Wish List to your organizations benefit.

Get all the items your organization needs!

	Books: Keep your synagogue and school libraries up to date. Register for Jewish children's books from the largest selection on the Internet.		Music: Acquire the latest CD's for children, holidays and Shabbat.
	Videos: Start a video lending library or a teen video lounge.		Ceremonial Judaica: For standard religious supplies or major presentations
	Software: Upgrade your computer capabilities to keep pace with the changing times

	Multiple Wish Lists: Your organization can register for as many individual "projects" as you want (Pre-School Library Project, Memorial Wall Project) or combine all your needs into one wish list
	Delivery: Items can be specified to be delivered to the synagogue or to the giver
	Time-Sensitive: Custom items can be set to be available for a certain length of time.
	Getting the word out: We can help you publicize your participation in the Judaism.com Wish List to your constituencies.
	Personalization: Books can include a bookplate with a personal inscription from the donor.
	Registering for multiple volume series: Can be bought in a single transaction or broken up into single, (less expensive) purchases.
	Receipts: Our invoice to the donor acts as a receipt for Tax purposes
