We regret that you were not satisfied with your order.
Please read our Return Policy below before shipping back your merchandise.
Judaism.com offers a 30-day return guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a receipt. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 15% or more restocking fee or refusal depending on the circumstance. Unauthorized returns will only be given store credit for future purchases on our website. To authorize a return - email info@judaism.com with your order number and a description of the problem or call 412-421-3033 during business hours 10-5 Monday to Thursday and 10 to 2 Fridays, East Coast time; closed for all Jewish Holidays.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
We will not issue a refund for merchandise that is returned more than 30 days after shipment, unless special arrangements have been made with our customer service department. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged when you received it from us. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
Note: there are some items that cannot be returned due to reasons of kashrus and/or hygiene, etc. These are:
Clearance Items
Special Order Items
Mezuzah Parchments
Shofars
Lulav and Etrog
Custom imprinted or personalized items, unless the error is our responsibility
Computer software, CDs, and videos cannot be returned after they have been opened, unless the product is defective.
Personalized items such as ketubot, imprinted kipot, certificates, personalized jewelry, engraved items, etc.
Kiddish Cups, challah boards and/or knifes, serving plates, etc. that have been used or come in contact with food or beverages.
Food items such as gift baskets, cookies, candy, etc.
Imprinted kipot and bulk order kipot even without an imprint
Instructions for Returning Merchandise
1) If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact our Customer Service Department, info@judaism.com, to request a Return Label. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund or exchange.
2) If you are returning an order for other reasons, please arrange for authorization.
When you receive the authorization and pack your item/s, be sure to enclose your full name,
your order number and/or receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s), and mail the package to:

3) Please allow up to 4 weeks for return credits to be processed after we receive the item/s.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We advise you to send your package via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail to obtain insurance, if needed, and a tracking number.
