Sukkot may be the most joyous holiday of the Jewish year. We dwell (eat) outside our homes in Sukkahs (booths) to recall those temporary huts that we lived in after the Exodus from Egypt. We wave the Lulav & Etrog (The Four Species), as a symbol of Jewish unity. The holiday concludes with
