U.S. Shipping Information

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Here's the equation we use:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time


For example, if we have the item in stock and you select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 8 days after you place your order. During holiday seasons please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

Please Note: UPS shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be sent 2nd or Next Day only. UPS shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $10.00 surcharge. The shipping price for shipments sent via priority mail will be adjusted accordingly.

For Example:
If you wished to buy something that has a per item shipping cost of .75, and you wished to send it 2nd day UPS ($5.00 per item) the cost would be as folows:

6 * .75 = $4.50 Per Item

International Shipping

For international orders we use either of 2 main services. Priority Mail through the USPS (8-10 business day delivery), or UPS expedited 3-5 day delivery service. With UPS you are automatically emailed a tracking number and can track your package throughout the delivery process.

In order to process orders faster, we may ship orders that weigh less than 8 oz and have a value of less than $20 via First Class Mail for the minimum price of $4.95 - $6.95. If you feel your order falls into this category but wish to receive your order quicker please note this in the comments section at checkout.

International orders will not receive a shipping price at the online checkout. We will contact you by e-mail within 2-3 business days with a quote for shipping costs. At that time you can decide if you would like to proceed with your order fulfillment.

We understand that the cost of shipping items internationally can be burdensome. International orders greater than $50 that choose to ship with UPS will receive a credit worth 10% of the order, towards the shipping charges for this order (ie Order Value = $100 x .10 = $10 off the shipping charge).

Customs Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Judaism.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

A Next Day Air Cautionary Note

Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day.
Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. For example, an item marked as "Usually ships within 2 to 3 days" and upgraded to Next Day Air will usually leave our warehouse on the 2nd or 3rd business day and reach you on the 3rd or 4th business day.
