This stylish Star of David has been adapted from a 1924 Hanukkah lamp made in Copenhagen. The original was made by Barukh Shlomo Griegst, a Jewish Silversmith born in Lithuania who emigrated to Denmark. The design reflects the strong influence of the German Art Nouveau. Some of Greigst's Jewish ceremonial art is still in use in the Synagogue of Copenhagen. Pendant: 9/16" t x 9/16"w x 1/16"d; Chain: 18"
